The successful candidate is responsible for monitoring all types of clinical trials; assures adherence to Good Clinical Practices, investigator integrity and compliance with all study procedures. Meets with Principal Investigator and relevant site staff to assess overall performance. |

Skills:

equires a B.A./B.S. in the science/healthcare field, nursing degree or equivalent. Minimum of 18 months field monitoring experience preferred.
Must have independent field monitoring experience in a CRO or Pharma environment. Ability to handle multiple tasks and to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment is essential. Requires strong organizational, presentation, documentation and interpersonal skills, as well as a team-oriented approach. Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook is essential. A willingness to travel a minimum of 65 percent is essential. |
