| Designs, writes, validates, and maintains software to meet specifications in a timely and productive manner following standard development procedures. Generates and maintains all required documentation. This includes the development of specifications, coding, and validation efforts in support of annotated CRFs, Database creation, coding setup and administration, editcheck procedures, import setup and processing, export setup and processing, listings and profile reporting, etc. |

Skills:
|
Requires a BS/BA degree in Computer Science or closely related discipline, or equivalent related experience, and experience programming in Oracle Clinical and proficiency in data retrieval language, e.g. SQL and SAS. Extensive experience in clinical data management and clinical programming is required. Proficiency in an SQL-based reporting tool such as Oracle Reports required. Familiarity with Oracle Clinical, medical terminology, clinical data and Good Clinical Practices is necessary. Ability to handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment is essential. Requires strong organizational, presentation, documentation and interpersonal skills as well as a team-oriented approach. |
