A therapeutically-focused CRO, is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources professional for an immediate opportunity at our corporate headquarters based in Raleigh, NC. This position would be responsible for the development and implementation of human resources functions and activities, including: employee relations; compensation review and analysis; regulatory compliance, HRIS platform integrity/functionality within assigned HR functional areas. Oversees HR areas for United States, Canada, South America, and Latin America.
Primary function areas: Employee relations management, Diversity program management, Provides compensation support and counsel, & Oversees relevant immigration processes.

Skills:
|
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related discipline, plus a minimum of seven years of related experience as a human resources professional. Experience in each of the functional areas mentioned above and 2 years of direct supervisory experience required. US, Canada, Mexico and other Latin American country experience preferred. Requires computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. |
